Cost of Medical Records
- $0.65 per page for medical records
- $10.00 for X-ray discs
Payment is required at the time of pick-up.
Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates can only produce X-ray films taken at our office. Films taken elsewhere must be requested from the facility where the original images were taken.
